The Jubilee Chorus is currently auditioning for our 2009 season.

The date of the AUDITION: After we've received your application we will schedule a time for you. Rehearsals take place every Monday from 7:00 to 9:30pm in Manhattan. If you are interested in auditioning it is highly recommended you apply at your earliest convenience. At the audition you will meet with our Music Director and be asked to sing a classical piece or hymn of your choice. Please be sure to bring an extra copy of your music for the accompanist. Your brief audition will include simple vocal exercises to determine your vocal range, intonation and timbre. You will also be asked to read a choral line from a four-part choral selection. Additionally, we truly look forward to meeting you and learning why you may feel called to serve God and our community in this deeply spiritual way.
